Free Delivery Above £100 ex VAT (or Over £35 + VAT for Local Deliveries)!
We have tried to make our delivery prices as simple and competitive as possible for the mainland UK with a simple £4.99 delivery fee on all orders upto £100 (ex VAT), and free delivery above £100.
Local delivery is available in the BB5, BB9, BB10, BB11 & BB12 postcodes for free for order above £35.
Want to collect your order? No problems, just select local collection and we will email you when it is ready.
We use a variety of carriers depending on the size of the order, these include DX, APC & Royal Mail and sometimes a personal delivery service for local orders.
Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland & The Islands
For the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the delivery charge is £18.75.
For Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Jersey, our delivery charge is £18.75.
Out of Stock Items
Normally the items listed on our website are in stock. In the event that an ordered item is out of stock we will notify you of this by email and provide you with a revised estimated delivery date for the item. If the new delivery date does not meet your expectations then you are free to change or cancel your order.
Note: All delivery dates are estimated and are provide as guidance only.
Change of Mind Returns
“Change of mind” includes purchases you have made in error (accidentally ordered the wrong size or colour), items that don’t fit the way that you would like or unwanted gifts.
We will accept a change of mind return provided it meets the following guidelines:

Faulty Product Returns
If something is faulty, incorrectly described or different from the sample shown we will provide an exchange or refund provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
Exchanges for the same item in a different size will not incur any additional charges (delivery maybe charged at a subsidised rate). If the new item is a different product (including a different colour) and there is a price difference you may need to pay the difference or receive a partial refund.
If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online orders) will be refunded to you using the original payment method.
In the event of goods arriving with production or manufacturing errors, we reserve the right to correct these prior to offering a refund, at our sole discretion.
